Additional Medical Expenses Tax Credit:

Under Section 6B of the Act, individuals with disabilities are entitled to an additional medical expenses tax credit. This credit equals 33% of qualifying medical expenses paid by the person, including medical scheme fees exceeding three times the medical scheme fees tax credit.
